Held at Arlene Schnitzer Hall, Portland, Oregon, USA on November 19, 1993 in the wish that a life-to-life communication between the USA and Japan could build the "Bridge of Miracles" over the vast Pacific Ocean and that its "ripples" would spread from the concert, wrap around the globe and help solve global environmental problems. With the Billet(Anglais)s sold out, Tadamitsu Saito was recognized as the "most creative player in the world." Mr. Saito was accompanied by Darol Anger (violin) and Teja Bell (guitar).

All the proceeds from Billet(Anglais) sales benefited the Audubon Society of Portland and the Earth and Spirit Council.
The concert was organized by the S.T.4 Tadamitsu Saito Concert Executive Committee.
